Elena's confession and renewed committment
I, Elena Wright, do hereby give myself to God. I give God my body, to be his temple. I give God my mind to be his truth. I give him my soul, which has always belonged to him. No other shall lay claims to it, I was given to my God at birth. And most importantly, I give him all my love, in the form of my heart. God has my heart, and in his hands I trust it is safe, and well cared for.
For this reason I declare that no man shall take my heart. No man shall have my heart on Earth. Tight in my God’s grip is the core of everything I am, of who I am. My personality, my “Sunshine”, my name’s meaning “light in the darkness”, all that makes up “Elena Wright” is his. My very thoughts, my words, my purpose, and my motivations, I cast all at his feet and beg that he guide them in his gentle way, with love.
I will remain in service to my God, the rest of my days on Earth. I will focus on being what he wants, doing as he instructs, and following his pathway. My God will take his daughter’s hand (my hand) and kindly lead me to where I am needed to best serve his will and purpose.
I, on this day, Thursday April 16th, 2020, do hereby swear my entirety, all that I am, all that I own, all that consists of Elena Wright, of me, over to MY GOD. Resting easy knowing that my father, God, is fighting for me, that he will never stop fighting for me, rescuing me, saving me from death, destruction, sorrow, and all the things he has not intended for me. He has complete control because my God is the only true God, and only his will for me matters. He spoke and there was light from a void. So shall he do in my mind, in my heart, and in my soul.
God, speak your light into my life always. God, I belong to you since birth, and still now. All my days I am one of your children. You have all my trust, and now you have all of me. For all my days, I will worship you God. For all my days, I will be your beloved child. Let me be your “Light who shines in the darkness”, as you have named me. Let me be the “woman of great wisdom and understanding” as you have named me.
Let me help others in the way you have intended me to. Let me do all things through you, and Christ, who strengthens me. Let the joy of you, Lord, be my true strength. Let your love be the light that shines through me. Give me the strength of character, and will, to resist what will need to be resisted, in order to fulfill my purpose, and serve you in the ways you intended. In order for me to keep myself to you, and you alone God, let me walk alone with you, without temptations. Keep my eyes, and my heart, on you God.
In your name I declare this a contract with you, Lord, in your name I break all strongholds, I break all chains, all binds are loosed with the power of my God, my father who art in heaven HALLOWED be thy name! Thy will be done, on Earth, as it is in heaven!
